Refunds & Exchanges

Items from Nopoku are shipped via USPS. USPS is a trusted courier and ships to most destinations around the globe. We offer tracking information for shipments on clothing, footwear, bags and accessories on local purchases within 24 hours after items are shipped. Expedited shipping for all items is available at an extra cost.

In the event that tracking information (international orders) and expedited services are required, please select the preferred shipment option from the drop down menu during check out.

For international shipping, please note that once an item leaves the shores of the US, tracking of the package becomes the sole responsibility of the postal service of the country within which the package maybe. As such, we will be unable to provide tracking information on packages once they depart from the US.

Please contact us about the status of your package once 3 weeks have elapsed. Delivery to an international destination is usually completed within one to three weeks. Please note that custom officials are mandated by the laws of their countries of operation to randomly open packages. Therefore, actions taken by customs officials are beyond our control. Finally, customers are responsible for the payment of custom fees that may be requested by custom officials/department of their respective countries.

Deliveries by USPS will be made within regular business hours.

It is our desire that our items exceed your expectation. However, should you wish to return an item/items for one reason or the other, a full refund will be offered on an item/items in their original condition and packaging. A returned item/items should be unworn and devoid of any stain or tear. 

Exchanges are also offered on purchased items in their original condition and packaging. 

Labels should be attached to all exchanges and returns. Items should be post marked and received within four to five business days for items in the US, and 14 business days for items in countries outside the US. 

Due to hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted on earrings. If for any reason you believe your purchased earring is defective, kindly take a picture of the defective earring and send it to us via email within two days of receipt of it. Once we examine the earring and are convinced that the earring is defective, we will offer you a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the conditions listed above. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove of all returns and exchanges.

Finally, buyers are responsible for providing us with their right shipping addresses. We cannot be held accountable for the incidence of lost packages stemming from the provision of a wrong address/addresses by buyers.
